Awareness with Horses

Open Events

We run various open events throughout the year including Mindfulness with Horses and Leadership with Horses.

Mindfulness with Horses

A combination of connecting with horses in nature and mindfulness.

2.5 hour sessions from 10am to 12.30 pm at £35 or full day sessions from 10am to 5pm £95, groups limited to 6 people.

Many people are becoming more aware of the health benefits that can be felt by immersing in and connecting with nature.

Sue Blagburn, Director of Awareness with Horses explains “horses are such great teachers of mindfulness. During a ‘Mindfulness with Horses’ experience we will be connecting with the horses in a calm, gentle way, whilst mindfully walking, exploring and foraging through the fields and trees, bathing in the essence and peacefulness of nature. There is no horse riding involved, and no previous horse experience is necessary. You will be just “being” with horses in a safe place in nature.”
